Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If you are returning the goods because they were damaged or they were not the products ordered, we will refund the full original purchase price and delivery plus the cost of returning the goods.Other returns
You may return your purchases for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The refund request must be in writing (email or by post). The product should be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered. Upon receipt of a refund request and of the product we will make a refund (within 30 days) of the original process less 15% restocking charge. We will not refund delivery costs.Please include the following:
- Your full postal details
- Date the order was placed
- Order number and / or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
